The cooler time of the year is my favorite, so I welcome March as the last fairly cool month in Texas. I am working on my yard and doing some preparations for a small vegetable & herb garden and hoping to be a little more successful with it this year :-)
I've recently had some losses of friends and pets in my life and have learned some things about grieving. I've learned to be thankful. Here's what I mean:
Thank You, Lord, for the losses I have experienced. They have been a reminder that You are my greatest gain.
Thank You, God, for the tears I have shed. They have kept my heart soft and mold-able.
Thank You, God, for those people & pets in my life whom You have called home to be with You. Their absence from this earth keeps my heart longing for heaven.
Thank You, God, that I have an inheritance in the heavenly places...something that this world can never steal from me and I could never selfishly squander.
~It's always a good idea to try to remember to be thankful through difficult times... I am learning this.
Here are some things I Love about March!
My sister Mary’s birthday. Happy Birthday Sweet Sister!
Daylight savings time and more daylight.
Spring begins Monday March 20th.
A season of rejuvenation and renewal.

Great motorcycle riding weather :-)
I love spring anywhere, but if I could choose I would always greet it in a garden.
The day the Lord created hope was probably the same day He created Spring :-)
Love you all
